Finley Passmore is a Christchurch based drummer who is studying jazz music Ara Music Arts. He is influenced by the likes of Snarky Puppy, Vulfpeck, Jacob Collier and other jazz fusion artists. Picking up gigs for the likes of choirs and his band The Fisher Ave Street Band, Finley continues to learn and play around Christchurch.

Studying at Ara Music Arts, Finley is working on creating fresh, funky and intriguing music with his band, The Fisher Ave Street Band. They have played together at numerous shows and events, including The Wunderbar and The Happening Bar and Kitchen. Starting when he was in primary school, Finley has played the drums with a passion, and continued to develop and play with musicians around Christchurch, playing drums for the likes of the Christchurch Youth Choir, and several corporate functions. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Vulfpeck and Snarky Puppy, Finley continues to explore and expand his jazz repertoire. Finley is continuing to play with the Fisher Ave Street Band, hoping to produce an E.P. close to the end of 2017.
