Led by Jamie Millar, The Millar Convention is one of the newest bands amongst the Christchurch Rock scene. Formed in October of 2021, The Millar Convention was an answer to Jamie’s creative outbursts and desire to play his music with the best of the best. They have since been building their catalog of original songs and honing their sound. With each member having graduated/studied at Christchurch’s Ara institute (formerly CPIT) musical arts programme, every individual brings a strong and unique influence to the sound of The Millar Convention.
